Refund Policy

Refund/Return/ Exchange Policy :

Here at Aurance, we are forever committed to give you the best quality products along with hassle-free shopping experience. Please go through our refund/return/ exchange T&C policy prior making a purchase.

As an informed customer, making a purchase would indicate that you have understood the policy and adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Refund/Return/ Exchange will only take place if –

  • The return request is raised within 7 Working Days from the date of delivery.
  • Return request after return period will be rejected.
  • The item received is different from what you have ordered.
  • The item received is damaged or has any manufacturing defect.
  • The product has additional accessory that is missing from order.

Refund Procedure-

  • If the order placed is prepaid, then the refund amount will be transferred to your account. In case of COD order placed, then the refund amount shall be credited to your Aurance account (In the form of Coupon Code, which can be used once for your future purchases).
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • Refund will be applicable if you receive the product is damaged and we don't have it in our inventory, if we have the other piece of same product it will fall under exchange category only, instead of refund.

Condition of Product for returning –

Any item to be returned should be returned in their original unused condition, with all the original accessories and original packaging box

You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the product during return transit, hence for safety please ensure proper packing of the product before returning.

Due to multiple factor, colours of the actual product and the product image CGI Images varies. Actual colour of the product may vary and hence slight variation in colour shaded does not come in return policy as all products are handmade not machine made. 

Return of different colour Items is only eligible if the colour of the item is totally different from the image on the product page. For e.g. Item shown was yellow and received black.

We hold the rights to reject returns, refund or replace the item depending on your return request and return conditions fulfilled. Any other reason for returns might be rejected or approved depending on conditions fulfilled. If you request for returning the product for any other reasons then approved return shipping charges will be charged.

In an unlikely event where the courier partner is not able to pick up the return packet from requested address then it would be buyers responsibility to send the return packet back to our address. We will assist you with the address.

 

Return Initiation and Intimation:

To start a return, you can contact us at aurance@gmail.com. If your return is genuine and with photograph as proof then we will certainly accept it. We’ll send you a notification on your phone as well as on mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Easy Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Delivery date/time are only estimated only, it may vary due many uncontrolled factors like traffic, road accidents, natural calamities, delivery address is in remote region/area, address is not right or incomplete. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at aurance@gmail.com , if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you think you have ordered a wrong item then you can raise request with us within 12hrs of your purchase. We will not ship the item and we will refund 100% money back.
  • After 12hrs of purchase if you fail to send order cancellation email, you will be not be eligible for the return policy, since the product might have been shipped by the time.
  • When you cancel the order, make sure you submit a proper reason, without proper reason for cancellation, we will not be able to accept it. Stopping your order processing is critical task after we get the order;  and hence cancelling any order will affect us & so expect your co-operation in this regard. Refund will be processed from our side in maximum 2 business days as mentioned earlier.

 

Tips to avoid returns :

To ensure that you order the correct product for your purpose here are few tips for a proper buying techniques:

  • Ensure that the product will actually fulfils your needs & requirements in terms of size and use. Make sure that the product will actually fit your requirements. All the specifications of the products are mentioned on the product by us to ensure that the customer fully understands the product
  • Due to different technology of different screens there will always be slight variation in actual colour of the product and displayed colour on your device. Factors like different display technology, display size, image capture lighting settings, colour-contrast-brightness settings , viewing angle etc. makes the actual colour of the product vary. Hence it is better to select the nearest shade of the product for your use.
  • All our product details contain specifications as per international standard guidelines, i.e., GSM – Grams per Metre for towels etc…, TC Thread Counts for Fabric standards, CM – centimetres for measurements, KG – Kilograms for weight, etc…. .
  • Note : Please ensure and review the specifications of the product before purchasing.
